Petr Malý's succcess at MendelNet 2024

Petr Malý from the Laboratory of Secondary Metabolites succeeded at the MendelNet 2024 conference and won first place for his presentation "The application of gas chromatography for the evaluation of technological and health indicators of bovine milk fat after dietary changes."

Visit by prof. Alber Heck from Utrecht University

Professor Albert Heck, one of the VIPs in proteomics, visited Masaryk University before his Mendel Lecture and had a great PI meeting about proteomics in cancer with Pavel Bouchal and his lab members.

New Bachelor's degree programme Bioinformatics

Bioinformatics ends as a specialization within the Bachelor's program in Biochemistry and begins as a newly accredited Bachelor's degree program in Bioinformatics in collaboration with the Faculty of Informatics and the Faculty of Science.

Hanka Urbancová succeeded at GAMU

Our student Hanka Urbancová, under the guidance of her supervisor Kateřina Dadáková, has received support from GAMU Excellent diploma thesis. Hanka's thesis deals with the determination of thermal heterocyclic aromatic amines in processed cheese. Congratulations!

Get to know UBCH and NCBR

You have a unique opportunity to get to know two of the SCI departments, NCBR and ÚBCH.
