On November 6, 2024, the 31st year of the international scientific conference MendelNet 2024 was held at Mendel University in Brno. The conference serves as a platform for meetings between students and their mentors from various fields related to agricultural activities. The conference was thematically divided into 6 expert sections, with a total of 57 contributions. One of the contributions was titled "The application of gas chromatography for the evaluation of technological and health indicators of bovine milk fat after dietary changes," which was presented in the "Animal Production and Food Industry" section by Bc. Petr Malý, a master's student in the Biochemistry program from the Laboratory of Secondary Metabolites at the Department of Biochemistry, Faculty of Science, Masaryk University, under the supervision of Dr. Ludmila Křížová. The conference had a competitive character, and Petr's presentation was evaluated as the best in the section! Congratulations!
