Petr Lapčík impressed panels at three conferences

Petr Lapčík from the Cancer Proteomics research group received awards at three conferences during the autumn of 2025. For his poster titled “LC-MS/MS-based terminomics unravels carboxypeptidase B1 role in luminal A breast tumor progression”, he won the Best Poster Award at the 19th Central and Eastern European Proteomic Conference (CEEPC) in Budapest, along with a travel grant from the European Proteomics Association (EuPA). At the 11th Informal Proteomic Meeting in České Budějovice, he secured third place in the Best Flash Talk category with a presentation and poster on the same topic. He also participated in the Czech Annual Cancer Research Meeting in Olomouc, co-organized by the National Institute for Cancer Research (NICR). There, he received the Best Lecture Award in the junior researcher category for his contribution, “Global Interactome Mapping Reveals Protumorigenic Interactions of NF-κB in Breast Cancer.”
